As a Renewal Manager at Gong, you’ll play a key role in managing the renewal process of our fast-growing Corporate customer base while working closely with Digital Support and Customer Success as needed to ensure a #ravingfans customer experience. Renewal Managers are responsible for managing the contract renewal process for Gong’s platform and services. This role focuses on ensuring customer retention, maximizing renewal rates, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. You will also be instrumental in helping to build our process around renewals management and advocate for process updates to improve operational efficiency.
The annual salary hiring range for this position is $109,000 OTE (70/30 Split) USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
