Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to electronics repair, warranty claims, and service options
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with repair technicians and internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Provide clear information on warranty terms, repair processes, and timelines
• Collect customer feedback to improve our service offering
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the electronics or service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Ability to juggle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
