Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Optional Sunday Rotations: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role:

• Provide primary care services, including annual exams, sick visits, and employer-related clearances.
• Conduct specialty evaluations in areas such as Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, GI, and Pain Management.
• Work exclusively in an outpatient setting—no hospital rounds or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Active New York State Medical License
• Credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers is a plus

• Focused Practice: No psych or pain medication management—your focus will be on primary and specialty care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earning Potential: $280,000–$300,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.
• Hourly Rate: $125/hour (1099).
• Insurance Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy (Multiplan with copays/deductibles).
• Additional Benefits: Paid parking, life insurance, and 401k (no matching).
