Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare services to children from infancy through adolescence. You will play a vital role in preventive care, acute and chronic illness management, developmental assessments, and family education—all while working collaboratively with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct well-child exams, physical assessments, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and vaccinations
• Counsel families on nutrition, growth and development, behavior, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation using EMR systems
• Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate follow-up care
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives
• Foster trusting relationships with children and their caregivers
  

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• 1+ years of experience in a pediatric clinical setting (new grads with relevant rotations considered)
• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC or CPNP-AC)
• Active and unrestricted New York State NP and RN license
• National board certification (PNCB or ANCC)
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for pediatric healthcare and family advocacy
