RCM Workflow Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Workflow Specialist responsible for overseeing Robotic Process Automations (RPAs) that support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily output reports and address performance issues
• Identify opportunities for new bots and manage inbound bot requests
• Develop an understanding of RCM workflows and improve efficiency of bots

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Medical claims billing experience required
• 1+ years of RCM training and workflow experience required
• athenaOne experience is required
• Experience developing and/or managing RPA preferred
