Duties/Responsibilities:- Lead SEO campaigns for a range of clients, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to SEO best practices across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits, identifying opportunities for optimization and driving data-driven strategies to improve client performance.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of holistic SEO strategies.
- Manage medium to large SEO accounts, acting as a primary point of contact for client communications and reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations for SEO growth, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Ahrefs to identify key areas of opportunity.
- Optimize content strategies based on keyword research and user intent, working closely with content creators to deliver impactful SEO content.
- Oversee and refine link-building strategies, ensuring effective outreach, high-quality backlinks, and alignment with client goals.
- Lead technical SEO efforts, including domain migrations, troubleshooting site performance issues, and improving site architecture for better crawling and indexation.
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication of results and action plans.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training on SEO tools and techniques.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Average at least 5% increase in client organic traffic across all accounts.
- Average at least 10% increase in impressions across client accounts.
- Contribute to increasing client revenue growth through SEO strategies and optimizations.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Strong understanding of basic and intermediate SEO concepts, including technical SEO, link building, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.
- Ability to handle large data sets, utilizing RegEx and other tools to refine GSC data for actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable with basic client management tasks, including following up on meetings, managing deadlines, and providing regular updates.
- Familiarity with vertical SEO types such as local, image, shopping, and video search.
- The ability to conduct presale audits to support sales teams, providing insights that help identify growth opportunities and inform client proposals is a plus.
- Experience with backlink acquisition is a plus.

Compensation/Benefits:- Shared Financial Success - GR0 believes strongly in equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total annual compensation for this role is market competitive - $65,000 - $75,000 base salary.
