A Little More About The role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Contracts Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and managing contracts related to sales transactions. You will work closely with the sales team, legal, implementation, underwriting, compliance, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be very organized, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
· Facilitate the contracting process to ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate execution of sales contracts.
· Ensure accurate data entry of contracts and pricing data into the contract management system and continuous movement through assembly line.
· Maintain, track, and store all contracts and broker documentation throughout our platforms.
· Support the contract administration and systems management of new products and process integrations in line with business needs and strategic direction.
· Interpret contract language and ensure accurate implementation of contractual obligations.
· Assist in maintaining and cleaning up sales contract templates on a regular schedule.
· Identify potential risks, ambiguities, and areas for improvement in contract terms and conditions.
· Maintain accurate records of new contracts, amendments, and renewal contracts for reporting, retrieval and audit purposes.
· Assist in overseeing the approval process for contract modifications and renewals, including managing redlines, amendments, and necessary revisions.
· Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for contract creation and approval.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, sales, and finance teams, to ensure contract terms are aligned with business objectives.
· Provide formal and informal written and verbal updates to Customers, the Sales Operations, Operations Management, Commercial Legal and other cross-functional groups.
· Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline contract management.
· Generate reports on contract status, key metrics, and performance to provide insights for sales and leadership teams. Communicate with brokers to confirm fee structures and ensure accurate and timely reporting of payments.
· Collect and verify essential documentation, including agency licenses, signed referral agreements, and other legal documents, from brokers to ensure compliance.
· Utilize templates to create custom Summary of Benefits (SBCs) for specific client groups.
· Oversee the management and creation of SBCs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, store and maintain as new plans are developed and updates are required.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· Effective communicator across multiple lines of business
Extra credit:
· Previous experience in contract administration or a related field.
· Familiarity with Agiloft or other contract lifecycle management software
· Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
· Experience working with legal or compliance teams.
· Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to contract law.

The salary range for this position is $41,250 - $68,750 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
