Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internist or Family Medicine Physician to join a Family Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans
• Provide wellness and preventive care guidance
• Administer immunizations
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
• Participate in medical research and continuous learning

Requirements:

• Active New York State Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Medicaid and Medicare numbers (NPI required)
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
