French Speaking Customer Service for Grocery Delivery Services Department

Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this crucial Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our grocery delivery services and ensuring a seamless experience.

Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with clients as you guide them through the ordering process, help with product selection, and address any concerns they may have regarding their grocery deliveries. You will be a key player in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding our grocery delivery services
• Assist customers with inquiries related to order placement, product availability, and delivery issues
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Collect customer feedback to help improve service offerings
• Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide informed recommendations

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in grocery or retail, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for food and grocery services, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
