About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes, enhance reporting and analytics, and support strategic sales initiatives. This role will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth sales execution and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and improve sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM optimization.
- Data & Analytics: Provide data-driven insights and reporting to track sales performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- CRM & Tools Management: Oversee the administration and enhancement of sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and customer success to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Sales Enablement: Assist in developing sales materials, training programs, and resources to enhance team productivity.
- Quota & Compensation Support: Ensure accurate sales commissions, quota setting, and performance tracking in coordination with finance.
- Process Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation of sales policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: In sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role within a fintech, SaaS, or technology company.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), sales analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Process-Oriented: A knack for improving efficiency and implementing scalable sales processes.
- Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and present insights effectively.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Salary Range: $90,000 - 100,000
