The Mid Content Strategist is a strategic and executive role within the Content Creation unit, responsible for leading the development and implementation of multi-platform digital strategies. This professional combines analytical and creative skills to transform data into effective brand narratives, directing the creation of digital content that drives measurable results.
As a strategic leader, they develop comprehensive digital communication frameworks that include situational analysis, KPI definition, content strategies, and implementation plans. They are responsible for overseeing the execution of these strategies, ensuring consistency between strategic vision and daily content production.
Using agile methodologies and emerging technologies, including AI, this role continuously optimizes content performance while maintaining a balance between innovation and business results. Their ultimate goal is to establish brands as industry leaders through data-driven digital communication that generates measurable ROI impact.
- Development and presentation of the Digital Strategy for each of our clients. This strategy must be based on comprehensive research of the brand and its digital ecosystem, including:
- Current Situation Analysis
- Objectives and KPIs
- Content Strategy
- Implementation Plan (Content Guidelines)
- Measurement Framework
- Present and defend the digital strategy to the client, explaining the value and justification of each strategic component, responding to questions and adapting the plan based on feedback received.
- Act as guardian of the established digital strategy, monitoring and ensuring its proper implementation throughout the project lifecycle, guaranteeing that monthly content production remains aligned with the initially defined objectives and strategic guidelines.
- Present ideas to the Content Copywriter to update monthly content mapping, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and emerging trends.
- Creation and optimization of monthly digital content performance reports for each brand, including key metrics from all social networks, and presentation of results to the client during the first week of each month to review the previous month's performance.
- Analysis of brand results for optimizing the following month's content.
- Implement innovative AI solutions across all functions to optimize content production and analysis.
- Collaborate with the Content Creation Team to achieve proper team synergy.
- Use advanced analytics tools to measure, evaluate, and optimize content performance.
- Participate in workshops and online courses aligned with Digital Content Creation.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate in developing playbooks and frameworks that improve content efficiency and quality.
- Participate in pitches and strategic presentations with data-driven storytelling.
- Analyze industry insights and digital trends to identify innovation opportunities.
- Maintain proactive communication through weekly reports to the Digital Content Manager, including project updates and coordination of internal presentations to validate proposed strategies with the executive team when necessary.
- Proven experience in digital content strategy and agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
- Working knowledge of emerging technologies and AI applications in digital content
- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to deliver professional presentations
