Annual Review: Ensure all year end annual review activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames.
Annual Statements: Ensure all annual statement activities are actioned within agreed time frames, work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes
Project Management:
control all project activities on a day-to-day basis, delivering outcomes to expected quality, time and budget
Ensure all project related activities are adequately documented and available
Ensure inter-dependencies with other concurrent projects are identified and managed
Ensure the project deliverables are appropriately reviewed and signed-off
Escalate issues and risks requiring attention and or support for resolution
Processing: Complete tasks as assigned to assist/ detect/resolve complex data related issues across Superannuation and Managed Funds and ensure all are completed within the contracted SLA’s
Reporting – Step in as needed to assist the team with Trustee/Board & Regulatory Reporting
Fund level services - Completion of all regular fund related processes including fee and reconciliations reporting
Experience or exposure of over 5 + years from the Superannuation, Managed Funds, Wealth Management or similar Financial Services sectors
SQL experience
Ability to engage with stakeholders (both internally and externally).
Knowledge of Superannuation legislation and Managed Funds best practice.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as adherence to processes and procedures
Strong Microsoft excel skills
Demonstrate high level of problem solving and team engagement skills
Previous experience in annual statement/ annual review data management projects
Business analyst experience preferred
Proficiency in Project Management preferred
