Location & Remote Work

Our People Analytics team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Area:

People Analytics team mission is to support evidence-based decision-making, contributing to more efficient and effective HR practices at QuintoAndar. It is formed by People Data Analysts who work closely with other HR teams to identify patterns and trends, predict future outcomes, and provide actionable insights to enhance employee experience, drive productivity, and align HR strategies with business goals. This open position is specifically designed to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Structure analytical projects by defining problems, tasks and solutions to guide the stakeholder's strategy and enable actionable insights within recruitment context.
• Develop a deep understanding of our people's products model and serve as a reference in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python/R, tracking, metrics monitoring, forecasting, clustering, etc.).
• Support the definition and monitoring of key metrics to achieve departmental goals;
• Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics methods to inform and support decision-making processes.
• Act as an internal advocate for fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Introduce new technologies and techniques that unlock high-impact business opportunities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the People team and other business areas regarding people data and analytics.

• You have experience working with HR Data & Analytics, preferably within the Talent Acquisition context.
• You are fluent in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• You have hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, Superset, or similar.
• You can identify, articulate and solve highly complex problems by leveraging business knowledge, statistical tools, and a data-focused programming language to formulate and validate hypotheses, generate insights, and guide stakeholders in making strategic, data-driven decisions. A high standard of analysis quality is expected, with no need for managerial validation.
• You are strongly interested in people management topics, particularly in recruitment;
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills;
• You have the ability to read materials, produce studies and present them in English.
