Location & Remote Work

Our People team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. For this position, it is important to be available to attend some face-to-face meetings at our office in São Paulo, at least twice per quarter.

About the Area:

We are establishing a new Process and Project Governance function within our People team, with the primary goals of Organizing, Reporting, Optimizing, and Influencing to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives. We see this team as essential in making our HR function a competitive advantage for our business.

With that in mind, we are looking for a People Project Manager to lead project initiatives.

It's important to note that this is an individual contributor (IC) role—there are no direct reports, but strong project leadership and influence skills are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities

Organize:

  • Manage and structure the People team’s key rituals (meetings, cycles, and debriefs), ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities.

Report:

  • Track the progress of People strategies, generate performance reports, and monitor results, proposing adjustments as needed.

Optimize:

  • Review, simplify, and improve People processes and initiatives, eliminating unnecessary complexities and enhancing efficiency.

 Influence:

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring the seamless execution of People initiatives in alignment with company-wide objectives.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in People/HR-related areas
  • Strong analytical skills and process optimization expertise
  • Ability to influence and align teams around strategic goals
  • Change Management skills 
  • Conflict Resolution skills
  • Advanced/Fluent English
