Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Web Marketing Senior Supervisor, the E-Commerce Web Marketing Specialist will be responsible for digital marketing related tasks from end to end to attract customers to Guess website and to promote online products.
The job will see the definition, implementation and support of Web Marketing activities, with a strong focus on web marketing campaigns, including email marketing, as well as on the support of SEO strategies.
The position implies also sales analysis as core responsibility, including the redemption of promotions as well as the monitoring and analysis of web marketing core KPIs.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Media budget control and ROAS monitoring;
- Steady exchanges with external Media Agency to maximize investment to continuously improve ROI and reach target budget, keeping COS aligned to the budget;
- Communicate with external Media Agency to maximize investment to continuously improve ROI and reach target budget;
- Recurring exchanges with third parties and partners to monitor and optimize campaigns;
- Analyze competitors quantitatively and qualitatively through steady monitoring, to propose new ideas and new strategies;
- Affiliate Marketing operations and network development (assets upload, placements evaluation, communications to publishers – strategies developments to increase channel efficiency);
- Supervising content creation along with the Content Strategist and the Design & Content team, uploading banners, contents, texts for Media Agency, keeping updated Media Agency calendar according to Internal Web Marketing Calendar;
- Implement SEO best practices in cooperation with MIS and with the SEO strategist (keywords presence and redundancy, tags and meta-tags, pages’ titles, images’ titles, correct indexing, etc.);
- Recommend and implement possible content changes and improvements for SEO purposes, supporting also Merchandising team;
- Collect and read Media Agency reports about channels and specific campaigns, to make sure that campaigns are monitored;
- Organic Traffic analysis, aiming at carrying on specific actions to increase this marketing source;
- Collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns;
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization;Testing and verification on categories, landing pages, and product listing pages to make sure that they are consistent with sourced media/channels/newsletters;
- Provide analysis of business trend and results, by Country and Web Marketing Channel;
- Support Web Marketing team in developing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis, for instance:
- Weekly/monthly/yearly performances reports, by Country and Device
- ROI analysis, monitoring and analyzing actual vs budget data and Web-Marketing KPIs, by Country and Device
- Promotion redemption, by Country
- Weekly reports product categories’ performances in order to support merchandising actions based on KPIs like BR, CTR, Visits, etc.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of analytics Tools as GA4, SEMrush. Google Search Console, Datorama, Tableau, GTM, SFCC E – commerce Cloud business manager and Marketing Cloud experience are a plus
- Office package, excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong knowledge of Office package, excellent knowledge of Excel
- HTML basic knowledge
- Proficiency knowledge of English language – both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus
- Be cooperative and teammate, precise, respect of deadlines
- Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
