Job responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities that align with item’s brand and corporate culture. Travel 5-10 times per year
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop event themes and objectives that resonate with employees and stakeholders.
- Manage logistics for events including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
- Create and maintain event timelines and detailed project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Gather and analyze feedback from event participants to assess effectiveness and improve future events.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote item's corporate culture across all departments.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure alignment with brand values and messaging.
- Serve as a liaison between teams to promote a unified brand identity and cultural vision.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover emerging trends and potential opportunities within the industry.
- Support the Marketing Manager in formulating the annual marketing strategy.
- Liaise closely with local item pluspartners, sales teams, and international marketing to coordinate US and Canadian project tasks, schedules, and collaborative efforts.
- Identify key industry players, such as networks and associations, to foster relationships and expand our item pluspartner network. (Find more information at www.item24.network).
- Guide and motivate item pluspartners to execute marketing initiatives that reinforce the item brand, promote products and tools, and attract high-quality leads.
- Social Media activities with focus on LinkedIn and Facebook, including media content creation.
- Reporting directly to the international Marketing Manager at item’s HQ.
- Perform various office duties and contribute to team responsibilities as needed.
- You have a degree in marketing, media / communication studies or similar background/ experience
- Project Management and Organizational Skills (Time Management and Prioritization)
- Familiar with marketing fundamentals and brand awareness (expertise with identifying brand touchpoints (in- and outside of marketing) and continuously improving according to the global brand strategy)
- Data Analytics and Reporting (Create reports from GA4, Google Ads, CRM and Power BI and analyze marketing and sales KPI`s)
- Digital Marketing Expertise incl. SEO and SEM Techniques
- Effective Communication and Strong interpersonal skills (Collaboration within international teams, considering different time zones etc.)
- Social Media Management and Advertising, particularly LinkedIn
- Market Research and Consumer Behavior Analysis (evaluate market and marketing trends and identifies target audiences and their behavior)
- Professional Skills at Microsoft Office
