The Marketing & HubSpot Coordinator will be part of a dynamic and innovative team driving GURUS Solutions’ digital marketing initiatives. This role combines creativity, data management, and strategic thinking to help identify marketing prospects for target campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support lead generation, and reporting tasks.
What’s a Regular Day for Our Marketing & HubSpot Coordinator?
- Manage HubSpot CRM: Oversee the daily operations of the HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Prospect Identification: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for and identify potential leads based on filters such as industry, company size, job title, location, and more.
- Account-Based Targeting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target key accounts, researching and tracking multiple decision-makers within a company for more focused outreach.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on marketing performance (e.g., email open rates, conversion rates, lead sources), using HubSpot's reporting tools to measure the success of campaigns.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Marketing Manager, sales, and other departments to align efforts and ensure a smooth flow of information and processes across teams.
- Continuous List Management: Regularly update and manage lead lists within Sales Navigator, as well as HubSpot, ensuring they remain accurate and relevant as your target audience evolves.
What Do We Value in Our Marketing & HubSpot Coordinator?
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or related experience, experience in HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital tools (experience with NetSuite and SalesNav is a plus).
- Analytical mindset, with experience in generating and interpreting marketing reports.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social lead generation tools and audience segmentation techniques.
