We are looking for a motivated and analytical RevOps Associate to join our Operations team and contribute to support our revenue growth and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to optimize processes, analyze performance metrics, and drive strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all revenue-related functions are aligned and operate smoothly, enabling sustainable business growth.




Day to Day
  • Manage and analyze data from CRM and marketing platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and customer retention.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting packs for both internal and external purposes.
  • Streamline processes for lead handoff, opportunity management, and customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the revenue cycle.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure consistent execution of revenue strategies.
  • Align operations with company goals by fostering open communication and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Administer and maintain tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesloft) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve revenue operations efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
  • Provide analytical support to senior leaders for decision-making processes.


About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
