Harness is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Product Communications to shape and amplify the narratives that define our AI-native DevSecOps Platform and products. This role operates at the intersection of product, marketing, and media, transforming technical innovation into compelling, high-impact stories that engage engineering leaders, developers, and security teams.
As the strategic communications partner to our product leadership, product management, and product marketing teams, you will craft narratives that highlight Harness’ AI-native platform and core products—from Continuous Integration and Delivery to Feature Flags, Cloud Cost Management, and Traceable API Security. You’ll drive earned media, industry recognition, and thought leadership, ensuring our messaging stands out in a competitive market.
Success in this role requires a skilled storyteller with strong media instincts, a deep understanding of DevSecOps, and the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, engaging narratives. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 and $205,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
