Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through paid media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing advertising spend across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other PPC platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective messaging and strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or PPC campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
