Junior Mailing & CMS Specialist

A young startup and a leader in holistic mental health support programs for individuals and companies in Central & Eastern Europe. There is currently 60+ of us in the internal team working remotely from all around Europe, united by our mission to make psychotherapy accessible to everyone in need.

We are looking for a tech-savvy candidate to join our team as a Mailing & CMS Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing our CMS, handling blog updates, and collaborating on email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate doesn’t need to be an expert in everything—we’re open to upskilling the right person.

🚀 Your mission:

• CMS Management – Updating and maintaining content, publishing blog articles, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly.
• Email Campaigns – Working with the team to create, set up, and analyze mailing campaigns.
• Optimization & Testing – Running A/B tests, improving deliverability, and enhancing campaign performance.
• (Bonus) No-Code Automation – Experience with Make.com or other automation tools is a plus but not a requirement.
  

💡 What we’re looking for in you:

✅ Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with digital tools, even if they’re new.
✅ Detail-oriented & proactive – Can manage multiple tasks without losing quality.
✅ Eager to learn – You don’t need to know everything from day one; we’ll provide you with training. :)

Fluent in English (at least B2 level) and Native in any of these languages: Czech / Slovak / Hungarian / Ukrainian

Advantages:

• Experience in CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Bonus: Make.com or Zapier experience

💸 This role is based on a freelance type of collaboration (monthly invoicing for your services)
📍 We require the ideal candidate to be based in the EU.
