POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, optimizing workflow and processes, and managing resources across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. Leveraging expertise in enterprise workflow management systems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies across projects and optimize the use of systems and tools. Additionally, you will oversee resource planning and forecast future needs to align with organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and facilitate seamless communication throughout project lifecycles.
· Track project performance and proactively identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
· Prepare detailed reports and present insights to stakeholders and leadership team, driving informed decision-making.
· Assess the profitability and financial health of projects, communicate financial performance with key stakeholders, and recommend cost-saving measures, as necessary.
Enterprise Workflow Management Administration
· Administer and maintain enterprise workflow management tools (e.g., Wrike, Smartsheet, ClickUp).
· Optimize workflows, templates, and dashboards to meet organizational and project needs.
· Train and support team members and stakeholders on workflow management tools, ensuring effective adoption and alignment with best practices.
· Continuously assess and refine existing workflows to streamline operations, eliminate bottlenecks, improve overall efficiency, and support business objectives.
· Ensure data integrity and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, updates, and processes.
Resource Management
· Partner with stakeholders to assess resource availability and balance staffing with project demands.
· Forecast future resource needs based on project pipelines, proactively addressing gaps or surpluses.
· Monitor team workloads and capacity levels to prevent overutilization or underutilization.
· Facilitate regular check-ins with team members and stakeholders to adjust resource plans as priorities or project scopes shift.
· 5+ years’ experience in project management and workflow system management.
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, communications, or related field is required. PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of different project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
· Demonstrated expertise in configuring and administering enterprise workflow management tools, such as Wrike, Smartsheets, and ClickUp.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to lead through influence and secure stakeholder buy-in.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectually curious, with inclination for problem solving.
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
· Strong collaborator, and ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with competing deadlines.
· Proficient in using Microsoft tools and other related technologies.
