The Role:

We’re hiring a Sales & Operations Associate to support our growing foodservice business. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the ropes of a fast-growing food startup. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to help bring our products to more chefs and kitchens across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and customer follow-ups
  • Help coordinate product samples and schedule product demos
  • Support day-to-day operations including order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination
  • Communicate with customers, distributors, and partners to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintain our CRM system and assist with reporting and data entry
  • Pitch in on other projects as needed – this is a startup, so things move fast and evolve often!

Who You Are:

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or customer support – food industry experience a big plus
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • A great communicator who’s comfortable talking to customers, partners, and teammates
  • You have a valid driver's license and reliable car to visit clients in the region
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Based in the Boston area and able to work from our office regularly
  • Bonus if you have basic cooking skills
