Required Skills and Characteristics:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in provider relations, marketing, or community outreach, specifically in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying information to referral sources and community partners.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, events, and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry operations, including referral networks and patient acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems or marketing analytics tools a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Event planning and coordination experience, including organizing community events, health fairs, and workshops.
