Who You Are:

The Manager, Creative Production will act as the Creative Director of HighLevel’s Creative Production team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. You will oversee copywriters, graphic designers, and the video team, driving innovative campaigns and ensuring impactful storytelling and performance. This role requires a strategic leader who can put on the hat of Creative Director with a proven ability to deliver high-performing landing pages, emails, social media elements, and other customer-facing visuals that support our overarching marketing campaigns, coupled with a mindset to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.


Your team will serve as the primary advocates for our customers, creating compelling, engaging, and visually stunning resources to accelerate the adoption, retention, and expansion of our products and services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic mindset, creativity, and a proven ability to lead teams in delivering exceptional, high-quality creative outputs.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and oversee HighLevel’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.
  • Lead the creative team in producing marketing materials across digital, print, video, and multimedia platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing operations and performance marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive business results.
  • Supervise the design, copywriting, and multimedia content creation processes to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Delegating tasks effectively, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Move quickly and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Implement workflows and quality control processes to maintain high standards across all creative projects.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Reviewing and approving creative deliverables to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understands strategic marketing principles leveraging data and performance metrics to inform decisions, guiding the team in producing creative content that drives measurable results and aligns with overarching business goals.


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, -Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding and creative strategies.
  • Experience delivering high-performing creative elements.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas and strategies.
  • Experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
