Who You Are:
The Manager, Creative Production will act as the Creative Director of HighLevel’s Creative Production team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. You will oversee copywriters, graphic designers, and the video team, driving innovative campaigns and ensuring impactful storytelling and performance. This role requires a strategic leader who can put on the hat of Creative Director with a proven ability to deliver high-performing landing pages, emails, social media elements, and other customer-facing visuals that support our overarching marketing campaigns, coupled with a mindset to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Your team will serve as the primary advocates for our customers, creating compelling, engaging, and visually stunning resources to accelerate the adoption, retention, and expansion of our products and services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong strategic mindset, creativity, and a proven ability to lead teams in delivering exceptional, high-quality creative outputs.
