We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Customer Testimonial Specialist to help transform customer feedback into high-impact marketing assets. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and extracting customer testimonials from Gong call recordings, trimming audio/video segments, and organizing them for use across various marketing channels. Your work will directly support our content, social media, and competitive positioning strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review AI-flagged Gong calls to identify and validate positive customer testimonials
- Extract high-quality testimonial clips and follow established SOPs for processing
- Trim and crop video/audio segments to highlight the most compelling testimonial moments
- Organize testimonial assets by product features, use cases, and customer segments
- Maintain and update a structured spreadsheet with detailed testimonial metadata
- Upload and organize files in shared drives using proper naming conventions
- Identify and flag high-priority testimonials for immediate marketing use
- Ensure quality, consistency, and organization across all media assets
- Experience with video/audio editing tools (e.g., QuickTime, iMovie, Clipchamp, Descript)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and extract impactful customer quotes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) or similar tools
- Excellent file management and naming discipline
- Strong written communication skills for transcript cleanup and documentation
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently

- Experience using Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms
- Background in marketing, content creation, or customer success
- Understanding of B2B marketing and customer testimonial best practices
- Experience managing and organizing media libraries for marketing teams
Project Scope
- Process several hundred AI-identified customer testimonials
- Deliverables include a well-organized spreadsheet, trimmed video/audio clips, and a prioritized list of top testimonials
- This is a contract role with potential for extension
