Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Manager (Contract or Full Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies to drive engagement and awareness
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including ideation, copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Monitor trends and conversations on social platforms to engage with the audience and optimize strategy based on analytics

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in tech, fintech, or ecommerce
• Deep understanding of content best practices and audience behaviors across major social platforms
• Proven ability to create original, engaging content, especially short-form video
• Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to balance long-term brand strategy with real-time content creation
