We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans, with a focus on lead generation, demand creation, and brand growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive our marketing strategy across various verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer-centric results.
This role will be a permanent work-from-home position, with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM PST, Monday through Friday, during U.S. business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and sales goals. Lead demand generation initiatives to drive inbound and outbound lead flow.
- Own and manage the lead generation pipeline, ensuring the sales teams receive qualified leads. Maintain and optimize CRM and marketing automation workflows (ActiveCampaign). Track KPIs, A/B test email, ad campaigns, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Oversee external marketing partners (SEO, website, email, design, social media, PR) to ensure deliverables are met. Monitor and report on marketing budget spend, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up for trade shows and industry events, tracking ROI by analyzing leads and conversions from each show.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align messaging and improve the customer experience. Maintain a content calendar and ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee the development of cohesive content strategies across blogs, emails, case studies, and social media platforms. Ensure messaging aligns with the company brand and drives engagement.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (ActiveCampaign) and marketing automation tools. Ability to manage content calendars and KPIs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors effectively. Strong track record of leading demand generation initiatives and improving lead conversion rates.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using KPIs to optimize marketing performance.
