Sales Development Representative (Based in Mexico) - job 1 of 2


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for researching prospects, engaging with contractors through outbound emails and calls, and qualifying potential clients. The ideal candidate has cold calling experience, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for data enrichment and account qualification.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential contractor prospects.
    • Perform outbound outreach via email and phone to engage with contractors.
    • Utilize sales tools including HubSpot, Apollo, and dialer platforms (Nooks, Orum) to enhance outreach efforts.
    • Leverage Gong for call reviews and deal dashboards to improve engagement strategies.
    • Assess and qualify leads based on available data, even when limited information is present on company websites or LinkedIn.
    • Customize and optimize email sequences for more effective outreach.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect data through enrichment and cleansing.

    • Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess prospect viability.
    • Excellent reading, speaking, and writing skills in English.
    • Ability to qualify accounts and determine decision-makers in complex industries.
    • Experience in data enrichment and cleansing to improve prospect information.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Understanding of project cost structures and assumptions.
