Marketing Administrator

We are seeking an organised, and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to provide essential support to the marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns and reporting through the use of our internal CRM system.

• Provide event assistance to various areas of the business, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Working with sales on follow up actions post event.
• Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards related to marketing campaigns and activity. 
• Assisting with the stakeholder mapping of Microsoft and client contacts.
• Assisting the maintenance of marketing databases and contact lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with account and market research across core industries.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
• Maintenance of internal communication systems.

• Advanced English language skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms) is a plus.
