Position Overview 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Influencer and Content Specialist to bring our brand to life in the Singapore and Malaysia markets! In this dynamic role, you’ll spend 70% of your time building strong relationships with influencers and guiding them to create amazing content, and 30% on dreaming up and executing engaging content ideas yourself. If you love connecting with people, crafting campaigns that stand out, and showcasing brand values in fun and meaningful ways, we’d love to have you on the team!

What You'll Do

Influencer Management (70%) 

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers/content creators aligned with our target audience. 

• Guide influencers on scripts, timelines, and content creation to ensure alignment with brand and product messaging. 

• Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery of quality content. 

• Manage contracts, briefings, and budget allocation to maximize ROI. 

• Monitor campaign performance and compile regular performance reports. 

Creative Content Development (30%) 

• Collaborate and brainstorm innovative and trend-driven campaign ideas. 

• Create clear content briefs that align with business objectives and market trends. 

• Oversee and review content drafts to ensure they meet brand standards and key selling points. 

• Support basic content creation tasks such as design using Canva or simple video editing. 

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields, with a strong understanding of trends and strategies in Singapore/Malaysia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate content creators effectively.
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking, interpreting, and optimizing campaign metrics.
• Highly organized, capable of managing timelines and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Bonus skills: Familiarity with Canva, video editing, or basic design tools, and a collaborative, innovative approach to brand marketing.
