Your role at Hostinger

As part of Hostinger Website Builder's Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our website builder-related products, including AI-powered features, by developing and maintaining automated tests, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with developers to improve product functionality. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Development Team and the Operations Team.

• Act as a key person in setting the quality bar for your product.
• Improve, question & challenge development process.
• Advocate quality and ensure proper monitoring and alerting are in place.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing for Hostinger products.
• Coach your cross-functional team how to test (developers and designers).
• Create and maintain automation tests for new and existing features.
• Identify system malfunctions and register issues.
• Execute exploratory sessions inside the team and across the organization.
• Collaborate with developers and ensure bugs are completely fixed.

• 4+ years of experience as a software QA engineer in web-based applications.
• Experience in Web testing, and basic programming skills (JavaScript is desirable).
• AI-powered features testing experience is a plus.
• Having hands-on experience in UI automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools).
• Experience with API manual testing and automation (Postman, Swagger, or similar tools).
• Experience with Database (MySQL or similar).
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Team player mindset, who feels comfortable making important decisions and standing behind them.
• Great communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Problem-solving abilities, a passion for improvement.
