IT Front Desk Support - Paris Office

What you’ll be doing

We are seeking our first proactive IT Front-Desk Support to join our very new brand Paris office (2e arrondissement) and take ownership of various office support functions. This position involves handling IT equipment, managing purchases, supporting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of office infrastructure.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (non-exhaustive):

IT Asset Management:

• Manage IT hardware for new hires and departing employees.
• Perform formatting and manage stock levels.
• Coordinate with brokers for IT asset disposal.

Procurement and Order Management:

• Handle the purchase of PCs, monitors, and other IT accessories.
• Manage the ordering process and ensure timely delivery.
• Receive and dispatch packages, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

User and Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for network issues, VPN setup, and computer replacements.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
• Maintain and manage network infrastructure, printers, and physical access systems (Wi-Fi, badge systems, etc.).

Office and Site Management:

• Ensure all office technology is functional and up-to-date.
• Act as the point of contact with local service providers (fire safety, cleaning, HVAC, alarm systems, etc.).
• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the office site.

Who you are

You’ll enjoy working with us if you want to work at a fast-growing startup. You have a proven experience in IT support and solid technical skills of IT hardware and software.

You should have top-notch problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, a positive/can-do attitude, and a no-job-is-too-big-or-too-small mindset. You’re excited to work with our local team members in Paris and from all over the world, have worked at a high-growth tech company before, and have a strong bias for action, impact, and execution.
