What will you be doing as a Sales Development Representative?
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Canadian sales team under the guidance of the Head of Sales. Your focus will be driving a surge in qualified leads and opportunities, contributing directly to our bold goal of transforming workforce management at Humi. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with Account Executives, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking in demos. Through strategic prospecting, engaging communication, and strong relationship-building, you’ll empower businesses to thrive and employees to excel with our innovative solutions.
