Who The Client Is: Leading web design, development, and Digital Marketing Company in Melbourne. They create digital campaigns, build beautiful custom websites with the purpose of driving more revenue for their clients.

Role Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and driving the execution of creative marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, a passion for content creation, and the ability to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Account Management:

• Manage and update client documents, including Gantt charts, content plans, budgets, and scheduling.
• Maintain regular client communication to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Build a deep understanding of clients’ industries to provide strategic recommendations and deliver quality outcomes.

2. Campaign Management:

• Develop, execute, and manage creative campaigns, including competitions, activations, and events.
• Oversee supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

3. Content Creation:

• Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and eDMs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with clients' branding and messaging.

4. Job and Project Management:

• Utilize project management software to track, action, and review project progress.
• Analyze job performance at the end of each project, including time and cost overruns, profitability, and lessons learned.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on project outcomes and campaign performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for better results.

• Previous experience in an agency role (minimum 2–3 years).
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing content plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
• Experience setting up and managing creative campaigns and events.
• Demonstrated content creation skills across social media, blogs, and email marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing project performance and profitability.
