We're currently looking for a CRM Specialist (Email Marketing) to take ownership of our email marketing initiatives using Klaviyo. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to build and optimize automated journeys, drive user engagement, and work alongside a dynamic marketing team to deliver results-driven communication.
Responsibilities
- Email Setup & Management:
Configure and manage Klaviyo accounts, including templates, flows, automations, and audience segmentation.
Implement best practices to ensure strong email deliverability, including domain setup and warming. - Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives—from product education to nurturing flows.
Design behavior-based email journeys tailored to customer lifecycle and funnel stages. - CRM & Data Integration:
Maintain integrations between Klaviyo and relevant tools such as CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and analytics systems.
Ensure data accuracy and segmentation readiness for personalized targeting. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Set up tracking for KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per email.
Conduct A/B testing and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement. - Compliance & Maintenance:
Ensure all email activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
Monitor list health, clean bounced emails, and run regular audits for data hygiene.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role is required.
- Professional proficiency in English is a must-have, as this role will involve working closely with international clients.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Klaviyo (flows, integrations, segmentation).
- Strong understanding of email metrics and analytics.
- Experience integrating Klaviyo with CRMs, websites, or e-commerce tools.
- Proficiency in segmentation, triggers, filters, and campaign logic based on user behavior.
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and customer lifecycle frameworks.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and tech teams.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
