We are responsible for various software, each presenting its challenges. We seek a detail-oriented Lead or Senior QA Engineer to join the Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation, focusing on automation, while being proactive, open to feedback, sharing knowledge, and carrying a positive can-do attitude.

As a Lead/Senior Software Engineer Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Oversee the creation and execution of automatic tests and unit tests by the development team and junior QA engineers.
• Develop test frameworks for functional and non-functional testing.
• Review requirements & specifications and come up with test strategies.
• Guide developers to improve unit tests and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Conduct periodic ad hoc reviews to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Required competence:

• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.

• Experience with test planning, test case creation, and test execution.
• Experience in Performance testing (i.e., JMeter)
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn new skills (i.e., DevOps, Performance testing, etc.)

Good to have skills (Optional)

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Knowledge in Data Analytics or Data Science
• Knowledge of programming languages and scripting
• Security Testing & Performance Testing

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
