Assistant Manager Other Marketplaces

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Other Marketplaces team. The ideal candidate will e responsible for overseeing and managing accounts across various online platforms such as eBay, Walmart, Cdiscount, Wish, and other channels. The role will involve leading a team, driving PPC campaigns, meeting sales targets, and identifying growth opportunities across these marketplaces. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to contribute to the company's success and expansion in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Team: Oversee the team responsible for managing product listings, customer service, and daily operations on eBay, Walmart, Cdiscount, Wish, and other online marketplaces.
  • Account Management: Monitor and manage the performance of the marketplace accounts, ensuring all listings are optimized for maximum visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • PPC Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions across all relevant marketplaces.
  • Sales Targets & Growth: Set sales goals for the team and monitor performance. Work on strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while identifying new growth opportunities within each marketplace.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Analyze competitive landscapes, identify trends, and adapt strategies to drive growth and improve market positioning on each platform.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance overall sales and account performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (marketing, logistics, inventory, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts and driving sales growth on major e-commerce
  • Person should have good knowledge of Walmart, ebay, cdisocunt, Wish, Otto etc Marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and implement actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
