Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Alibaba Ads, to drive lead generation and conversions for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will also play a key role in improving our website's search engine visibility and organic traffic.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and SEO.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Alibaba Ads.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns: Plan, strategize, and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, including paid social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns:
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
    • Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
    • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across all platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Alibaba Ads).
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).  
    • A/B test different ad variations and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
  • Lead generation and conversion optimization:
    • Develop and implement strategies to capture leads through various channels, including lead magnets, landing pages, and forms.
    • Optimize website and landing pages for conversions using best practices in user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
    • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • SEO Strategy and Implementation:
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant keywords and target phrases.
    • On-page optimization: Optimize website content (including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text) with relevant keywords.
    • Off-page optimization: Build high-quality back links from reputable websites.
    • Technical SEO: Ensure website is technically sound for search engines (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, XML sitemaps).
    • Track and monitor website's search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends:
    • Continuously research and stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand knowledge and network with other professionals.
  • Data analysis and reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Provide strategic input and recommendations to improve marketing campaigns and overall marketing strategy.
