We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent while also focusing on enhancing our organizational effectiveness and employee development strategies.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment activities.
Organizational Development:
- Design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify areas for organizational development interventions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build employee skills and capabilities.
- Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to foster a positive work environment.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the performance management process and assist with employee development plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth across the organization.
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterโs degree preferred.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
