About the role
As a Digital Marketing Executive (Growth), you will be part of a dynamic marketing team and have an exciting balance of responsibilities, split between paid advertising and website A/B testing. As a Digital Marketing Executive (Growth), you will work on:
Paid Advertising
- Planning, creating, and executing paid advertising campaigns across a range of channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Developing campaign creative through copywriting, image and video editing
- Monitoring, analysing, and optimising campaigns and reporting on performance
- Working collaboratively across multiple teams to achieve collective goals
- Research opportunities to test new platforms and grow advertising revenue
Website A/B Testing
- Analysing website data to understand user behaviour and conversion blockers
- Using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to identify user pain points and opportunities to improve website user journeys
- Scoping, planning, and execution of website A/B and multivariate tests
- Monitoring ongoing experiments to derive actionable insights and reporting on results
- Coordinating with developers and designers to ensure optimisations are implemented
- Working with marketing and web development teams to implement CRO best practices
Other
- Working with marketing teams to align tests and optimisations with show objectives
- Tracking and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support in providing insights and recommendations to influence decisions
- Ensuring targets, timelines and deliverables are met
- Supporting the central marketing team with ad hoc tasks as and when required
- A good understanding of marketing metrics and how to influence them
- Content creation skills using image and video editing tools such as Canva
- Understanding of website A/B testing, UX principles and website user journeys
- Knowledge and/or experience in paid advertising campaign setup, analysis, optimisation & reporting would be a bonus
- Detail oriented analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting insights
- Experience updating websites in line with learnings and best practice
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management with an ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Good overall IT skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Eager to learn, adapt and grow within a role
Useful tools (experience desirable but not essential)
- Experience using content creation tools such as Photoshop, Canva or Premier Pro
- Familiarity with website A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
- Experience of using website analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Experience using CMS such as WordPress and page builders such as Elementor
- Exposure to Meta and Google Ads advertising would be a bonus
