Total Rewards Specialist

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with HR policies, and collaborate with management to foster an engaging workplace. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, including the reconciliation of payroll data, taxes, and the collection of essential information related to incentives, overtime, and allowances. 
  • Prepare and analyze compensation reports, benefit costs, and related metrics for management review. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity for onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes. 
  • Oversee the orientation and onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and operations. 
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, collaborating with management as needed. 
  • Support the performance management process by coordinating evaluations and ensuring alignment with company objectives. 
  • Process EOBI and ESSI vouchers as required. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in managing employee information from onboarding to exit. 
  • Organize and support events, workshops, or programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention. 
  • Assist in audits related to compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  •  years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR management. 
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices is a plus. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address employee concerns effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
