Senior Inside Sales Representative

IncentFit is seeking a passionate Senior Inside Sales Representative with a strong track record of success to join our growing team and showcase our innovative technology to prospective clients.

IncentFit's mission is to develop a happier and healthier workforce by encouraging employees to exercise. Our software makes it easy for employers to reward employees for participating in athletic events (races, sports leagues, etc.), attending fitness facilities, and living an active lifestyle. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll primarily interact with HR managers, brokers, and business owners to sell subscription access to our web and mobile application.

The Senior Inside Sales Representative must be well-aligned with our mission and able to passionately deliver our value proposition to prospective clients. Working alongside our Sales Team, you’ll participate in training that will teach you our proven sales process and set you up for success. A successful employee at IncentFit must also possess the ability to hustle and think outside-of-the-box. We’re a rapidly expanding startup, and every employee makes a large impact on our future. Responsibilities

  • Shadow others on the sales team during 1-2 months of training (length dependent on performance).
  • Handle sales calls to potential clients and then match their needs to what we can offer.
  • Demo our web and mobile application to prospects.
  • Nurture new clients through the implementation process.
  • Prepare and send email marketing to potential leads.
  • Manage and navigate various sales and marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with the team by providing insightful updates and innovative ideas.
  • Meet a monthly sales quota after training is complete.
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated a history of successfully closing sales deals.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in effectively communicating with diverse personalities and roles.
  • Have a positive, enthusiastic, and driven attitude.
  • Must be tech-savvy and a quick learner.
  • An interest in working in a fast-paced startup culture.

  • A base salary plus commission; OTE of $120k+ with no commission caps.
