About the Role:

PNOĒ is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. He will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the Medical/Academic or Health/Wellness industries. In addition, this individual will be essential in building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with PNOĒ’s values. It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell PNOĒ’s Products; strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.
• Develop and foster relationships; maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
• Execute sales strategies; adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI’s and policies.
• Meet and exceed targets; achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.
• Track progress and results; record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
• Research and understand target market; stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and PNOĒ's overall market opportunity.

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota.
• Mandatory: Background in the health, fitness, or sports industry is required.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call/meeting volume.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Hubspot).
• Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Travel (at least 45 days a year) for business trips and tradeshows.
