Project Manager, Digital solutions

INDICE is searching for a driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of software projects in Greece and abroad. INDICE is an award-winning software house, developing custom enterprise software for clients in the ecommerce and financial sectors.

As Project Manager at INDICE you will be joining our experienced services development team. You will be involved in software projects on the mobile and web platforms, delivering enterprise-grade software for leading Greek and European organizations.

The role responsibilities include:

• Managing and being Accountable for complex, high priority projects or component phases of larger programs, ensuring the delivery on time, within budget, and within scope
• Managing the project team of software engineers, usability experts and quality engineers that develop and deliver these projects
• Managing project risks and issues, engaging required team members and initiating corrective/preventive actions.
• Guiding the team in developing estimatesof resources, costs and durations, creating a high-level project schedule and requesting appropriate resources.
• Facilitating the development of all elements of the project plan and schedule according to the project brief; agreeing all plans with the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring project management policies, standards and procedures are consistently followed within the team.
• Reporting project status (schedule, cost, benefit, risk, issues and scope) to all stakeholders on a regular agreed basis. Keeping Project team up to date with necessary information to ensure succesfull delivery
• Building and maintaining a cohesive cross-organization project team ethos and fostering productive working relationships, optimally assigning tasks to team members.

• 4+ years of previous experience in Project Management.
• Experience in leading a software development team will be considered an asset.
• Strong grasp of the Agile methodology and Azure DevOps tool.
• Excellent command of Greek and English language in oral and written communication.
• Academic achievements in relevant sectors or Business.
• Customer orientation, stakeholder management and willingness to make the maximum effort to deliver.
• Dynamic personality, with ability to lead teams and gain respect from others. Team player and motivator with strong organizational and solution driven mindset.
• Project Management certification (Prince2 and or PMP) will be considered an asset.
