Job Description

  • Drive the sales of SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, consulting, and managed services, focusing on international markets, particularly the UK, Germany, and Nordic regions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers and Business Partners.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals for solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA, MS Dynamics 365 implementations, cloud migrations, and system integrations.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts for SAP and MS Dynamics 365 projects and services.
  • Analyze customer and market needs to define tailored offerings and identify new opportunities within the SAP and MS Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
  • Design and execute sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs.
  • Manage leads from both personal efforts and those generated by Marketing and Lead Generation teams, converting them into long-term clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in customer acquisition and sales, including at least 2 years in SAP and/or MS Dynamics 365 or ERP-related sales in international markets.
  • Proven success in selling solutions such as SAP S/4 HANA, MS Dynamics 365 implementations, migrations, or support services.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and/or MS Dynamics 365 architecture and business processes, with the ability to articulate their value to customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets (Revenue/Margin) and grow market presence.
  • Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with IT technologies and trends within the SAP and MS Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable in an international customer environment.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Fluent in Polish.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • Active on social media and skilled at digital networking to generate leads.
  • SAP and/or MS Dynamics 365 certifications or training in related solutions.

Additional Information

  • Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 days a week from one of our office.
