The Order Management Specialist is accountable for managing customer relationships, through phone and email communication, while maintaining a professional attitude to add value to the customer’s experience. Must be able to multi-task and be well organized to tackle ongoing problems and tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Order Management Specialist is the main point of contact for processing all customer orders as well as providing information updates as necessary.

For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $44,500 and $55,600 per year. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
