Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, etc.).
- Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, audience behaviors, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Sheets.
- Contribute to website updates and collaborate on SEO and SEM initiatives.
- Brainstorm and present creative campaign ideas and content strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency and messaging.
- Participate in influencer collaboration strategies and explore methods for organic growth.
- Utilize visual design tools (e.g., Canva) for basic asset creation when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A creative mindset with high attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Comfortable using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, data analysis, dashboards).
