Insignis is a growing FinTech company looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing business. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong growth mindset, an eagerness to build our growth playbook from scratch and excellent stakeholder management skills.
The position will be based out of our London office located in Devonshire Square and will include days working from home.
Working closely with the director of growth marketing and sales leaders, you will be responsible for planning and executing high velocity tests to help us clarify the definition of our ICPs and how to acquire them.
This will include:
- Lead multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
- Run market research and experiments that help refine our ICPs definition and the right messaging to acquire, nurture and close them.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing activities (Web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising) to provide insights, demonstrate effective ROI, and optimise campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budgets allocated to the different channels ensuring value for money and tracking of spend throughout the year.
- Work closely with the direct sales teams to identify and alleviate pipeline growth bottlenecks.
- Measure campaign results and recommend changes to improve performance against business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ Years of experience in a B2B growth marketing or demand generation position, ideally targeting Finance professionals (CFO, Treasurers, Financial Directors)
- Advanced knowledge of PPC and paid social (Linkedin or Meta)
- Good understanding of experimentation best practices
- A team player, able to manage several key stakeholders and prioritise ruthlessly
- Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns from idea creation, development, and delivery
- Love for getting in the weeds of execution and building new growth loops
- Ability to think both strategically, commercially, and practically
- Analytical and creative mindset with numerical confidence
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Interested in the finance, FinTech and the cash management space
- Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow processes
