Account Executive (Fixed Term Contract)

Please note this is a 9/12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Based in Birmingham, London and New York - ITG are a leading Digital/Technology business with an enviable Tier 1 client list across many sectors. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our established team at the iconic Fort Dunlop building in Birmingham, to work with a high-profile automotive client.  

The Account Executive role carries responsibility for customer service delivery, operational and administrative excellence. The role will encompass day-to-day responsibility for supporting the dealer network including briefing artwork and digital, collating campaign costs, compliance advice and uploading files to the online systems, supported by the Account Director and Senior Account Manager.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key role within the Škoda Retailer Marketing Team
  • Part of the main support for Škoda Retailer Network
  • Auditing of dealer activity and website content
  • Accurately take and action briefs directly from Retailers
  • Support Škoda head office in delivering Retailer initiatives
  • Liaise with Retailers, production, digital, events service and creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Ensure that all work meets brand guidelines
  • Direct liaison with Retailers to obtain additional information, confirm and drive through marketing activity.
  • Obtain campaign costs from media providers
  • Raise purchase orders to suppliers
  • Commercials
  • Occasional site visits may be required

It’s a key role within the Škoda local marketing team acting as one of the main supports for Škoda’s Retailer Network.

  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of excel
